What Materials Are Provided?

Brilliant Minds Camp provides all the essential materials your child will need to participate fully and confidently in camp activities. This includes:

• Camp workbook and project templates

• Art supplies and presentation materials

• Access to age-appropriate software and creative tools

• A personalized camp folder or digital portfolio

• End-of-week showcase materials

For certain camps (such as publishing, podcasting, or online branding), access to a tablet or laptop is recommended for optimal participation.

Here’s what we recommend:

✅ Set Up a Personal Google Account
Each camper will need access to a personal Google account (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.) to save their projects and collaborate during the week. If your child doesn’t already have one, please create it in advance and bring the login details on Day 1.

✅ Brainstorm Ideas Ahead of Time
Encourage your child to start thinking about ideas that relate to the week’s theme—whether it’s a story they want to write, a business idea, a cause they care about, or a game they’d love to design. We’ll guide and shape their ideas during camp, but early brainstorming helps get their creativity flowing!

✅ Pack a Growth Mindset
We create a supportive, inclusive space where it’s safe to try new things, make mistakes, and learn together. Let your child know they’re here to explore and have fun while building real-world skills.

We’ll take care of the rest—including supplies, mentorship, and encouragement every step of the way!

Each Brilliant Minds Camp culminates in a special Saturday Showcase, where graduates and their families are invited to celebrate the campers' accomplishments. This is your chance to:

🎉 See what your child created – whether it’s a podcast, published book, pitch deck, business concept, or original game
🎤 Watch them present their work – every camper gets a moment to shine and share what they’ve learned
📸 Capture the moment – and cheer them on as they showcase their creativity, growth, and confidence

The Saturday Showcase is one of our favorite parts of camp—and we know it will be one of yours too! Invitations and details will be shared during camp week.

While we do not provide full meals, we make sure campers stay refreshed and energized throughout the day.

Here’s what we provide:

• Filtered water, tea, and mix-in punch drinks

We ask that all campers:

• Arrive having eaten breakfast

• Bring a nutritious, ready-to-eat lunch each day

Please note that we are a nut-aware environment, and we encourage families to avoid packing items with peanuts or tree nuts whenever possible.
